Digital guides, templates, and tutorials are delivered instantly after purchase.

2.3 Goods

Physical items such as printed workbooks or toolkits are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

If you submit a cancellation notice at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior are non-refundable due to resource allocation, but you may reschedule once at no extra cost.

3.2 Informational Products

If none of the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once any content is accessed, no reimbursement is possible due to licensing and distribution considerations.

3.3 Physical Goods

You may ship back unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping expenses and risk in transit. After we receive and verify the condition, a reimbursement will be issued within 10 business days.

TextsMaxPro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on TextsMaxPro.com and take effect upon posting.
